- Is ACCESS available as open source?
Yes and no. Open source components and customizable
reports can be made available as open source. The rest will be in compiled state.
- What is the minimum requirements to run the system?
Stating the minimum may not sound practical but the answer
to the question: "how much can you afford for a CPU?" may have a better answer.
We recommend ACCESS to be
installed with at least 1GB RAM, 20GB HDD, 2Ghz processor. Whatever you can add to the specs
may directly increase the performance of ACCESS.
- What software are needed to run ACCESS?
On the server, ACCESS can run on IIS or Apache(recommended)
with PHP 5 and MySQL 5 on either Windows(r) or Linux or BSD operating system. Other libraries
may be required depending on the operating system.
For the users, an Internet browser
(Mozilla Firefox recommended) will suffice.
- Can you support schools anywhere in the Philippines? How?
Yes, the following areas can be supported by:
- On-site system installation: this is covered by the agreement and pre-arranged
on how support can be provided. The school have the option to install the software
on its own.
- Bugs and fixes and upgrades: patches will be forwarded to the school either by (a) directly
connecting to the server via Internet and Teamviewer; (b) guiding a technical staff
on how to apply the patch through phone, chat, or email
- Personnel training: this is also covered by the agreement. The school can have the
option to prolong or send personnel for training. Training served will only be on the
use of the system. It is assumed that users are familiar with the use of the computer
and the Internet.
- Can ACCESS be installed on our available server?
Yes, the school need not to procure a new server.
However, we need to know the specification and services of the server to avoid
conflicts or problems that may arise. License and updates to software installed
must be readily available.

User Manuals in the form of work-flow charts are available
to customers during Onsite Training.
- Who are currently using ACCESS?

previleged to disclose our clients. This serves as a security measure to both parties
against unreferenced or unsolicited marketing.
